Alexander Brothers face new positions, including the sexual traffic of a minor

A high profile case against prominent real estate magnates of real estate took a new turn this week when federal prosecutors presented new charges against Oren and such a Alexander, as well as his brother Alon, on May 8.

Filed as part of an accusation of replacement, which cancels the first accusation, the charges against the Alexander brothers include additional charges of alleged sexual trafficking, one of which involves a minor.

The Oren brothers and such Alexander won notoriety in the New York Luxury Real Estate Market through their company, Alexander Group, and have been under federal investigation together with Oren’s Twin, Alon, since the late 2024.

They have been accused of attracting women to nightclubs and parties, then drug and sexually assault them.

The three previously declared innocent of the first set of sexual trafficking positions.

15 years of life imprisonment are faced if it is declared guilty of federal charges.

In addition to the new positions, the replacement accusation included more supposed victims. Six alleged victims now form the basis of criminal charges.

A person identified as a minor victim-3 was trafficked, despite the fact that Alon and Such Alexander would have had a “reasonable opportunity” to observe that he was not 18 yet, the new accusation alleged.

“The replacement accusation does not change anything,” said the lawyers of such Alexander, Milton Williams and Deanna Paul to ABC News last week, calling it “a reheated version of the same case.”

Richard Klgh, Oren Alexander’s lawyer, shared similar feelings, saying that the new charges are wrong and lack merit.

“We will fight against any new turn offered in these positions and establish the innocence of our client, since it has demonstrated its willingness to approve a rigorous polygraph exam,” Klugh said.

Alon Alexander’s lawyer, Howard Srebnick, also referred to his client’s will to take a polygraph, stating: “Alon passed a lies detector test, administered by a former FBI polygraph examiner of the FBI, establishing his innocence to the accusations in the previous version of the inscription.”

“As far as we know, not a single presumed accuser, including those of the new version of the accusation, has approved a FBI detector test,” he continued.

Federal prosecutors did not respond to the claim of the defense lawyer of a wrong prosecution, except to call it ongoing investigation.

The case has sent shock waves through the New York real estate community, where Alexander Group was known for negotiating multimillionaire agreements for famous clients.

A reading of charges on the new positions was not established immediately. The brothers are arrested at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn waiting for trial, which is currently scheduled for January.
